What is the cancellation policy for Herbal Village membership?

Yearly Subscription:

Wild Rose College will issue a refund upon request—less a 15% administration fee—if a member cancels their yearly subscription within seven (7) business days of the original purchase. After this period, the Herbal Village membership becomes non-refundable.

If you have an active yearly Herbal Village subscription and enroll in a course or program that includes complimentary access to the Village, your paid subscription will be automatically cancelled and replaced with your free access. No refunds will be issued for any overlap in access time.

You may request to cancel your yearly subscription at any time by contacting us at herbalvillage@wildrosecollege.com. Please note that we are unable to refund any payments already processed unless they fall within the initial seven (7) business days.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the premium features in the Herbal Village unless you are actively enrolled in a course or program that includes Village access.

Monthly Subscription:

You may request to cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing herbalvillage@wildrosecollege.com. Refunds will not be issued for payments that have already been processed.

If you have an active monthly Herbal Village subscription and enroll in a course or program that includes free Village access, your paid subscription will be automatically cancelled and replaced with your complimentary access. No refunds will be provided for overlapping time.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the premium features in the Herbal Village unless you are actively enrolled in a course or program that includes Village access.
